🟢 Updated as of June 2026 — including the simplification of Webflow plans in May 2026 (the old CMS and Business plans have been merged into the new Premium plan).
In short: as of May 2026, Webflow has three Site Plans: Starter (free), Basic ($15/month, billed annually) for static sites, and Premium ($25/month, billed annually) with CMS, 20,000 items, and 40 collections. Additionally, there are the Workspace plans (the license to work: Core $19, Growth $49) and any add-ons. A real B2B marketing setup costs on average $113–$128/month with annual billing, not just the site plan price.
Webflow is one of the best solutions for creating custom and complex websites, but navigating through plans and options can be complicated — especially after the May 2026 price revision. Miramedia has gathered all the information in this 2026 Webflow Pricing Guide: we analyze each plan, how they interact with each other, and strategies to optimize spending.
What changed in 2026: Webflow plan simplification
The main change this year is structural, not cosmetic. Webflow has eliminated the old CMS and Business plans and replaced them with a single plan Premium. For those on CMS, upgrading to Premium means 10x CMS items (from 2,000 to 20,000) for only ~$2/month more. For those on Business, the same item limit at a lower entry price — with one caveat: base bandwidth drops from 100GB to 50GB.
Pricing comparison: old → new (annual price):
- Legacy Basic ($14/month) → Basic ($15/month)
- Legacy CMS ($23/month) → Premium ($25/month)
- Legacy Business ($39/month) → Premium ($25/month)
Legacy plans remain for existing subscribers, but new customers are directed to the simplified structure.
How Webflow pricing works in 2026
Unlike platforms with a single plan, Webflow uses a dual billing system: you always pay for two different things.
- Site Plan: covers the published site (hosting, bandwidth, CMS limits, pages, SSL, CDN, backups, forms). Each site on a custom domain requires its own Site Plan.
- Workspace Plan: covers the environment where the team designs, stages, and manages sites, with roles and access. It is paid separately from the Site Plan.
- Add-ons: Optimize, Analyze, Localize, and Webflow AEO (coming soon), which attach to the Site Plan independently.
How much does Webflow cost? The 2026 Site Plans explained
Starter — Free
For learning, prototyping, and trying out Webflow AI. Includes: webflow.io subdomain (no custom domain), 2 static pages, 20 CMS collections, 50 CMS items, 1GB bandwidth, and a lifetime cap of 50 form submissions. Not suitable for a live brand or client site.
Basic (new) — $15/month annually | $25/month monthly
For static sites. Includes: 300 static pages (previously 150), custom domain, unlimited form submissions, traffic spike protection, and full Webflow AI. No CMS: no blog, no dynamic collections. If you need a blog or structured content now or in six months, start directly with Premium.
Premium (new) — $25/month annually | $39/month monthly
The go-to plan for content-driven sites. Replaces CMS and Business. Includes:
- 300 static pages
- 20,000 CMS items (without add-ons)
- 40 CMS collections
- 50GB base bandwidth (expandable up to 2.5TB)
- Unlimited form submissions + file uploads in forms
- Faster search indexing and well-known files support
- Full Webflow AI (SEO and AEO suggestions, CMS generation, and copy)
- Webflow Cloud (2M requests/month, 30 min CPU/month)
Enterprise — custom pricing
For high-traffic organizations: custom limits, guaranteed SLA, enterprise security, advanced collaboration, and access to Webflow AEO (coming soon), the native tool for visibility in AI responses.
Webflow E-commerce Plans (unchanged in 2026)
E-commerce plans are built on top of a Site Plan and have not changed with the May 2026 update.
- Standard ($29/month annually): 500 products, 2,000 CMS items, 2% transaction fee.
- Plus ($74/month, billed annually): 5,000 products, 10,000 CMS items, 0% fee.
- Advanced ($212/month, billed annually): 15,000 products, 10,000 CMS items, 0% fee.
The 2% transaction fee on the Standard plan is the deciding factor: a store generating ~$3,700/month in sales pays as much in fees as it would cost to upgrade to Plus. Beyond that threshold, Plus becomes more cost-effective (0% fee). All plans include Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, and automatic tax calculation.
Webflow Workspace Plans: what are they for?
The Workspace is the license to access the platform and manage sites. It is paid separately from the Site Plan and is divided into two tracks: internal teams and freelancers/agencies.
Webflow Team Workspace (for internal teams, annual pricing)
- Starter — Free: 2 staging sites, 1 full seat, no code export.
- Core — $19/month: 10 staging sites, code export, Shared Libraries.
- Growth — $49/month: unlimited staging sites, site-specific access and roles, publishing permissions.
- Enterprise — custom: SSO, SCIM, audit log, design approvals.
Webflow Freelancer/Agency Workspace (for client work, annual pricing)
- Starter — Free: 2 staging sites, 1 free client seat per paid site.
- Freelancer — $16/month: 10 staging sites, 1 free client seat per site, client payments, code export.
- Agency — $35/month: unlimited staging sites, 3 free client seats per site, advanced roles, Shared Libraries.
Compared to the 2025 price list (Freelancer €24, Agency €42), the freelancer/agency tiers have been revised. For an agency managing multiple clients, the Agency Workspace almost always remains the correct starting point.
Webflow Seats: how they work and how much they cost?
One Full seat is included in every paid Workspace. After that, each collaborator costs based on their role (annual price):
- Full seat — $39/month: for those who design or manage admin settings (Designer mode).
- Limited seat — $15/month: for those who edit content or build pages with approved components (Editor/Build/Marketer mode).
- Free seat — $0: for those who review and comment (stakeholders, clients).
The most common cost mistake: assigning Full seats to copywriters and content managers who should be on Limited seats. Always check the access type before adding someone. If you want to learn more about seats, read this dedicated article.
Webflow Add-ons in 2026
Webflow has consolidated premium features into modular add-ons that attach to any paid Site Plan.
Optimize (from $299/month)

How much does Webflow really cost per month? Practical examples for 2026
The right number to bring to a budget conversation isn't just the Site Plan price, but the cost of the complete stack.
Example 1 — Professional / Small Business (static, single-language site)
4 static pages with contact forms. Workspace: Starter (free). Site Plan: Basic ($15/month). Add-on: none. Annual total ≈ $180.
Example 2 — Small business with blog and dynamic content, bilingual (IT + EN)
Static pages + dynamic collections (Products, Services, Team, Blog). Workspace: Starter (free). Site Plan: Premium ($25/month). Add-on: Localize Essential ($9/month). Annual total ≈ $408.
Example 3 — B2B SaaS marketing team (4 people)
Site Plan: Premium ($25/month) · Workspace: Growth ($49/month) · 3 Limited seats ($45/month) · Analyze ($9/month). Total ≈ $128/month with annual billing. The Site Plan alone is ~20% of the actual cost.
Common mistakes to avoid
- Underestimating bandwidth: if the site exceeds the limit for two consecutive months, Webflow automatically upgrades to the next tier. The new Premium starts at 50GB (not 100GB like the old Business): with high traffic, consider bandwidth add-ons (+50GB at $20/month (annual billing)).
- Confusing seats with real-time collaboration: more seats do not enable simultaneous work on the same project — Page Branching is required, included only in Enterprise plans.
- Choosing the wrong Workspace track: Team (internal organization) vs Freelancer/Agency (client work).
